Combo plans are available exclusively to Business members offering, at discounted prices, a combination of subscriptions for Business and Professional accounts.
The business can customise the order as follows:

If there is no active Business subscription, select the Business Plus or Business Pro plan.

Select the number of new subscriptions for Professionals (Plus or Pro).

Select the duration of the subscription plan (3, 6, or 12 months).
Once the purchase is completed, the business can upgrade the professionals to a Plus or Pro plan.
A professional can be upgraded only if there is a registered Professional member account.
To perform the upgrade, the business must follow the steps below:

First log in to the Business account that purchased the Combo plan.

Go to the Account Dashboard and select Subscriptions.

Find the Combo subscription plan and click the Professionals button.

Select the professionals you want to upgrade by searching in the dropdown menu. You can upgrade up to 5 professionals at a time.

Once you complete the selection, proceed by clicking Upgrade.

The professionals will be upgraded immediately to the new plan and will be able to start using the new features. The subscription duration will start counting from the date each professional is upgraded to the new plan.
