The use of third-party websites is governed exclusively by the terms of use and privacy policies of the respective providers. Pronety bears no responsibility for any damage arising from the use of or inability to use such third-party websites or services.

If any rights holder believes that the inclusion of a link or reference on the Website infringes their rights, they are requested to contact us immediately at legal@pronety.com so that the request may be examined and, where required, the necessary actions taken.

Pronety offers subscription plans for a fee exclusively to professional and business members. Through the subscription, members gain access to paid services and can present their profile and services with greater visibility on the platform.

The duration of the subscription (quarterly, six-monthly, or annual) and the corresponding fee are specified on the platform and on the invoice issued to the member subscribing (“Subscriber”) during the subscription and online payment process.

The Subscriber may settle the fees using any of the payment methods available on the Platform from time to time. The Subscriber acknowledges that certain payment methods may change and/or be subject to additional charges, as indicated on the Platform.

The subscription takes effect upon completion of the order and expires upon completion of the subscription period stated on the invoice. Subscriptions are not renewed automatically and the Subscriber may renew the subscription upon or after expiry at the then applicable fee.

In the event of a breach of these Terms of Service by the Subscriber, we reserve the right, in addition to any other legal right, to terminate the subscription immediately. In such case, any subscription fee already paid shall not be refunded.

For the charging and collection of the subscription fee, the Subscriber is required to provide us and/or the relevant payment provider with valid, accurate, and up-to-date payment card details, as well as any other necessary contact and billing information.

All subscription fees:
  • are payable in advance for the paid services to which they relate,
  • are payable in euros (€),
  • are non-cancellable and non-refundable,
  • include Value Added Tax (VAT), which is added to the invoice at the applicable rate and is payable solely by the Subscriber.

The arbitral award may be declared enforceable and entered as a judgment before any court of competent jurisdiction.

Our Website may include links to third-party websites and other third-party content. We exercise no control over the content of such websites and assume no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from their use.

You and Pronety agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus and shall be governed by Cypriot law, with an express waiver of any objection as to inconvenient forum.

This Agreement, as well as our Policies and Guidelines, may be amended from time to time with prospective effect. Any material amendments will be duly notified to you. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the parties agree that such provision shall be modified to the maximum extent possible so as to reflect the original intention of the parties, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement without our prior written consent, and any attempted assignment or transfer in breach of the foregoing shall be null and void. You agree that Pronety may freely assign or transfer this Agreement without your consent.
